Mr. Zafar Ahmed is a Post Graduate from Dhaka University in Economics. He is one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company and is working in this sector since 1979. He is the Chairman of the Company.  Mr. Zafar Ahmed, who has achieved a solid record of profitable business growth in the industry and is the architect behind its success. He has established an international network of industrial contacts and maintains an in-depth knowledge of developments in the industrial enterprises. Mr. Zahur Ahmed is a Doctorate in Biophysics from USA and former Associate Professor in State University of New York at Buffalo, USA. He is one of the Directors of the Company and working in this sector since 1991. He is the Vice Chairman of the Company. During his long tenure with the Company, Mr. Zahur Ahmed has gathered vast knowledge about this sector. He has significantly modified the management style and developed technical competence of the manufacturing enterprises. With his leadership, the Company appears destined to emerge as an innovative group with state-of-art technology. He is also the Managing Director of (i) Apex Spinning & Knitting Mills Limited, (ii) Apex Lingerie Limited, (iii) Apex Yarn Dyeing Limited, (iv) Apex Textile Printing Mills Limited, (v) Apex Fashion Wear Limited and (vi) Matex Bangladesh Limited.

Mr. Shahriar Ahmed obtained his MBA from USA and after completion of his education, joined this Company in 2004. Mr. Shahriar Ahmed is the Managing Director of the Company. He is working in this sector since 2004. During his long tenure with the Company, Mr. Shahriar has gathered vast knowledge about this sector. Since his joining in this sector, he has gathered sufficient knowledge to run the Company. MR. KAZI FARUQ KADER

Mr. Kazi Faruq Kader is a Graduate from Dhaka University. He was a Member of Parliament from 1988 to 1989 and Member of the Standing Committee for Commerce during that tenure. He was also the Member of Parliament from 2009 to 2013. He was also appointed as Director and Chairman of Sonali Bank as well as Sadharan Bima Corporation. Mr. Kader is the Independent Director and the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company. He has sound knowledge in this sector. He is also the Independent Director of Apex Spinning & Knitting Mills Limited.
